This policy explains what information Robledo Ironworks collects through this website and how we use it. We kept it short and plain because the site is simple: there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing is sold online.
Who we are
Robledo Ironworks is a family-owned metal fabrication shop at 2200 Cuttings Wharf Rd, Napa, CA 94559. You can reach us at (707) 927-6598 or through the contact form.
What we collect
The only information you actively give us comes from the estimate and contact form. That is your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to add it), the type of project you select, and whatever you write in the message. We only ask for what we need to understand your project and reply to you.
How we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. When you submit the form, the message is delivered to us by email through a form-delivery service (Resend, with FormSubmit as a backup). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your okay.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set any advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how many people visit and how fast the pages load, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These are privacy-friendly and cookieless: they record aggregate, anonymous figures such as page views and load times, and they do not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.
Content loaded from other services
A few parts of the site bring in content from other companies, and when they load, your browser contacts those companies directly:
- Google Maps on the contact page, to show our shop location.
- Instagram, if we display our recent posts.
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces used on the site.
Those services have their own privacy policies, which govern the data they receive.
How your information is kept
Form messages live in our email inbox, the same as any other message a customer sends us. We keep them as long as we reasonably need them for your project and our records, then remove them.
Your choices
You are always free to contact us by phone instead of the form. If you have sent us a message and would like us to delete the information in it, just ask and we will.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
